Welcome to Athens Hawks Hostel! Modern, clean and it’s the hub of backpacker activity, right in the heart of Athens.
With a fresh layout, friendly staff and funky activities, Hawks Hostel aim to offer an experience, not just a bed.
We can offer you high accommodation standards in newly renovated rooms with private bathrooms.
Several rooms (especially on the top floor) offer a magnificent view of Athens city centre.
For backpackers, we offer dorms with their own lockers, drawers with lamps either female or mixed.
Our super staff do programs for our guests every day which is mostly for free! You can enjoy a Free walking tour of the city every morning or a cooking session every evening! Also, pub crawls and our own bar onsite!

I booked this hostel with a friend for a 5 day trip to Athens. Located near the metro, halfway between Omonia and Minastiraki, it is comfortable, clean and affordable. The only downside is that it would be nice to have a little curtain in the dormitories for a little more privacy. Otherwise everything was perfect, we took advantage of the roof top despite the season (it's cold in January), but the view of the Acropolis is much more beautiful than from Lycabettus! Finally, the hospitality and honesty of the Greeks are very real, and that’s great! In short, globetrotters, travelers of one night or more, put your bags down at Athens Hawks and save your money for the good Souvlakis and Gyros!
