It’s close to store/restaurant. Staff are nice but just not familiar with English. However, still friendly and kind of help. A little way to ski resort but can ask taxi for transport. Room is ...
Good location; helpful staff who were happy to use Google translate with me to converse between English and Russian and book taxis for me to go to slopes and train station; good kitchen; cheap laundry...
Soo near to the supermarkets, easy shuttle to skiing area, 100 rubles for a taxi The stuff didn't speak English but they really tryed there best, with Google translate and so on.
The staff members were very nice, looking for activities for us and commanding taxis. We were able to let our suitcases in the hotel even if we were not sleeping there that day.
Although they did not speak English or Castilian they tried to help you with everything and they did it !!
