Staff, living room
Beds were comfy, aircon worked well and bathrooms were clean.

The friendly staff and the comfort of the place
they provided soap in the room, as well as sweets given on check in and check out! they also sent us a history leaflet about australia and aussie slang via email after the stay which was different
