About the place Hostel
This beautiful hostel is located in the centre of the oldest and most interesting part of Karlovac. We are a small, family-owned hostel run by a husband & wife team. We envisioned a relaxed place where weary travellers can chill out as if they are visiting friends. This is the kind of place that we have the fondest memories of from travelling.

In our hostel, we strive to ensure all guests are comfortable and as entertained as much as they need. We like to enjoy the more laid back things in life. We have been known to have spontaneous arts and craft projects, group dinners, baking...
For the more active traveller we always have recommendations for free bike rides and hikes around the city to castles and beautiful secluded swimming areas.
We can also organize rafting & kayaking day-trips for all ages and levels of expertise

We are located in the centre of the oldest and most interesting part of the city. Karlovac started as a Hapsburg fortress build in the shape of a six-pointed star. The "star" is directly behind our hostel.
Everything you might need is always in walking distance in Karlovac. However, within just 100m of our hostel you can find cafes, bars, restaurants, a pharmacy and a supermarket. Karlovac daily open market is less than 10mins away.

Although our hostel does not have a curfew or lock-out we do expect all guests (individual or groups) to respect quiet time throughout the hostel between the hours of 10pm and 8am.
YES we like to drink and have fun, BUT we are NOT a party hostel - in the puking douche sense of it. We live on the premise that anyone being an inconsiderate will be dealt with accordingly regardless of the time of day or night.

Super friendly staff highly recommended!
Our stay was unforgettable mainly because of the staff. We felt welcomed and taken care of all throughout our stay. They have a fully equipped spacious kitchen and the supermarket is just nearby.

The hostel is very spacious and has a very homey feel. The rooms, kitchen, dining, living room are very spacious I feel like I’m in my very own apartment.
