Very good experience for a first time in a hostel. Personally attentive and helpful. Clean room. Very well located in Rome. Only small downside not very well insulated in terms of noise
Very good youth hostel. Close to main tourist attractions. Very friendly staff.
Fantastic location to see the sites and very welcoming staff at the front desk. Our room was clean, minus a towel and toiletries left from the previous person but it wasn’t too big of a deal. The only inconvenience during our stay was the lack of hot water for an evening/morning which meant two very cold showers until it was fixed.
Nice hostel in the very center of Rome, very welcoming and kind staff, available 24 hours a day. Very fast check-in, maybe a little more information on arrival would have been nice. Unsatisfactory breakfast, possibilities for improvement on this point. Very pleasant outdoor terrace, quiet and well equipped.
