Super location, 5 min walk to Amur river bank and tram No.2 to train station. Cheap wholesale supermarket and fastfood nearby. Good place for tourist.

It' very good location nearby Bus station and river station, and easy to go to the trail station by tram 2. Good view river amur. Room was very clean.
Location is great as it is close to the river side. Easy public transport to the train station. Price is affordable and staff friendly. Air con very welcomed in hot Siberian summer.
