Friendly and helpful staff, unique and quiet location. The vegetarian meals were great. I was offered a free transfer from Diavolezza due to snow conditions.

Staff were fantastic: so friendly and really helpful. Hotel was very clean, very warm, and the showers had endless (VERY) hot water.
Location is super and the staff as well! After something went wrong with our reservation they really did their best to overcome the problem! Top customer service!!!!
