Low price easy parking
The empathy and kindness of the staff.
The fact that it is a non-profit organization and gives work to people with disabilities.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location, surrounded by forest, is beautiful. Owls can be heard during the nighttime.
Parking, fresh air, room with 4 beds was available for 2!
