I paid on your website and the hostel did not receive my payment so they charged me a second time, give me my money back
The hostel is well located, close to the station and the medieval city. Overall good, but it has some buts. First, the beds don't have curtains and the pieces are small, so it's a little uncomfortable. Second, the bathrooms on the floors only have a shower and toilet, no sink, and there is only one in the hostel, which is quite uncomfortable. In addition, we had problems with a modification of a reservation that the hostel did not want to reserve, fortunately Hostales.com resolved it.
Well located, recent equipment, helpful staff.
Pleasant setting in a well-restored former convent. Clean and well located. Too bad the layout is not better thought out for better soundproofing. All the doors are very noisy when closing. Because of bad information when booking, I found myself in a dormitory of 4 with 3 men, when I was told that there were only women in this dormitory.
The reception area and the staff are pleasant and multilingual. I was able to get my bike to safety.
