Staff very attentive and willing. We hired the dslida to Halong Bay right there with good price and quality. Excellent location.
Staff were really good the guy on reception I didn't catch his name but got us a good deal for a day trip to ninh binh which I highly recommend and also arranged a cheap taxi to the airport for us...

Great little stay, in the quieter area of old quarters, we really enjoyed our stay, walking distance to centre of old quarters, lake, puppet show, good restaurant and bar options. Around 10/15 ...
