Our team has travelled throughout the five Continents, visiting more than 300 hostels. As hostel guests ourselves, we want to provide the best hospitality & experience to other fellow travellers!
We know Milano is a little expensive & it’s not easy to be a traveller (or a tourist) in this city, that’s why we decided to offer you all the services you may need at some good prices.

Ostello Bello Grande is only 100 meters from Central Train Station, where you can find the Airport shuttles to Linate, Malpensa & Orio Al Serio-Bergamo airport. the green and yellow subway lines while the red one is only few blocks away; buses and tram to the city center and, of course, high speed trains to all the most important italian cities like Venice, Florence, Rome, Naples.
The Duomo square is 3 subway stops or a 20 min walk.
Milan's Corso Buenos Aires shopping street is just 2 min walk

Every guest has his own locker in the room and we will provide you with padlocks for free as you check in.

Youth hostel 2 minutes walk from Milano Centrale. Quiet and comfortable room, clean bathrooms (I shared a room where there were 5 women). Welcome drink, good breakfast. You can leave your suitcases in a closed locker (in the room, bring your own padlock but they sell them) or at reception if necessary. I haven't tried it but there is also a kitchen for cooking, an interior courtyard and a roof terrace. The staff is smiling and welcoming. I recommend it especially since it has been a long time since I had been in a youth hostel and this one is of quality.
The hostel is conveniently located near the central station (for trains that arrive late or leave early, it's perfect). The teams are very welcoming and available and everything is done to make you feel good there (warm decor, products lent/given to help out, self-service kitchen with free food (!), theme evenings, etc.). The only negative point I found was the bedding which was a bit soft and the fact that my bed was part of a three-story set. A simple bunk bed like the second one in the 5-bed room would perhaps have been a little more comfortable and less noisy. The first night went well. The second less, but it is the chance of the distribution of guests in the dormitories. In terms of cleanliness, the room was not perfect but very decent and as it rained a lot those days, it must not have helped to keep the place clean. The shared bathroom was very clean and functional, with a sink, shower, toilet, bidet and hairdryer. If you are sensitive to it, consider taking indoor slippers. And if you want to "secure" your luggage, which is not essential, consider taking a padlock.
The hostel and its people are great!
Welcoming hostel, clean rooms and bed linen provided. Small supplement if you want to recover towels.
