This hostel is very well located close to old Quebec, 10 minutes by foot. The rooms are well insulated and clean. There is everything you need to relax and stay busy.

I was able to find space to meditate and do physical exercises.

The staff is efficient, but could be more present, more motivated and more cheerful. The dormitories are well designed with separations and the possibility of having double beds (next to each other). The security system; motion detector key is effective and the possibility of having closed lockers is appreciated. At reception, a lot of useful information is provided (nearby parking, restaurants, etc.)

It's easy to meet people. The inn is at the foot of the Plains of Abraham and not far from the arts museum. The rooms are very cozy and furnished with great style (home cinema, hammocks, etc.). The beds are comfortable and a little extra for the curtains!!

Everything is clean and well maintained, many services are offered in addition to the rooms (TV room, hammocks, bar...) in short, only good things for a really reasonable price.

This hostel is just a tomb, it's full of junky regulars who sleep there and end up bringing people into the common areas. The staff lacks professionalism, the equipment in the gym is broken and the toilets are unusable. We strongly advise against the group on an excursion, there are plenty of other hostels in Quebec with more quality and at affordable prices.

We are delighted with our visit. The house and its location are perfect. Good welcome, accommodating team (safe luggage during the day after our overnight stay). Good bedding, a little tight in height. Curtains a tad noisy (in the dormitories, annoying for roommates) but welcome for privacy. We didn't have time to test the common areas but the general atmosphere seemed to be good.

It's a youth hostel. Yes there is noise, yes people snore. On the other hand, the cleanliness is there, the welcome is great, the rooms are comfortable and the location is ideal. And the prices are unbeatable. Only one negative point for me, the club music until 2:00 am at the bar of the establishment.

Clean and comfortable bedding. Inn located a stone's throw from the Plains of Abraham in a lively tourist district. Friendly and available staff. However, very young clientele, lots of people and quite noisy environment (perhaps the St-Jean effect) so bring earplugs ^^.

We had a double room with a freshly renovated bathroom, very clean, with air conditioning and our floor was quiet, nothing to complain about! No lift, note if you have heavy luggage and take a room on the 4th floor! ;)

Quiet night, other customers fairly respectful of silence in the evening, services in line with a youth hostel, dormitory much too hot: Qbeds could save a lot of energy by heating less strongly! Very practical system of drawers on wheels under the bunk beds, but the metal is a bit noisy. Bed curtain rings could be plastic for less noise when pulled. Pleasant welcome and reasonable price for the area.

The hostel is ideally located to access Old Quebec and to be able to visit it on foot. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The premises (rooms, showers, common areas) are very well maintained and very clean. PS: The music played in the background by the receptionist at the reception (I don't know his name) delighted me (Pink Floyd, Dire Straits, etc...)! Signed a rock fan.

I had a great time at the Inn, the reception is correct without being extra, the beds are quite adequate with a lamp and 2 power outlets per berth. The cleanliness leaves something to be desired, especially under the beds (not recent popcorn, dust +++... The heater was on non-stop so we had to crank up the air conditioning. Providing some information for community life would also be a plus: shower and sanitary rules (rinsing your shower for example...), use of lamps (modular)... In addition, welcoming people in the middle of the night is a bit complicated for people already present. Either no longer welcoming or explaining well the respect of sleep (by preparing beforehand for the showers, by preparing the beds before nightfall by the team, etc.). Too bad also for the existing but not exploited bar and that there is no breakfast formula (two croissants a coffee an orange juice).

I spent 6 nights at the QBEDS hostel, modern in the old. The atmosphere is really nice but unfortunately not conducive to discussions with other people when you travel solo. Decent toilets and bedding. The location is ideal if you like to enjoy nature on one side and the city on the other. I recommend

The hostel is quite comfortable and clean. The beds with curtain allow privacy. It doesn't even feel like you're sleeping with a dozen other people in the same room. The kitchen is spacious and functional. The forest and its hammocks are comfortable. The showers are quite clean and cleaned regularly. In summary: I recommend 100% for small budgets!

For sure I want to go back, the place was very clean and lots of space to relax. It was my first time in a hostel and I loved it.

The common areas are nice except for the missing games room, you have to update the site. On the other hand, dormitory with dismantled window is unacceptable. A non-adjustable air conditioning, long live the environment.

Stay on a July weekend. The hostel is well maintained but above all very well located. The staff is generally friendly and attentive. Clean and functional sanitary areas. A few negative points: the door to my dormitory (303) closed very badly (broken?), the beds are badly laid out (the kind of roof when you're upstairs gets in the way and retains the heat, no railing on the 'ladder which is very uncomfortable barefoot), no individual climate control. A rather limiting point: your TripAdvisor page indicates that breakfast is included, but it is not. Even if it's not Qbeds that hosts the page, it would be good if you kept the info up to date on online research platforms... (if I had known, I wouldn't have come to you) A simplistic hostel that does the job for a weekend, but I won't be returning.

If you want to rest, look for another place, here you will not be able to sleep until the bar closes!

The hostel is very nice and very clean. We feel safe!!!

I arrive, I am told that they cannot find my reservation. Luckily I had all the evidence with me!! I am made to wait while the situation is resolved, I am given a new reservation, a key, etc. I had booked for a quick power nap before leaving. It was 4am and I had to leave at 8:30am. In other words, my minutes of sleep counted!! I arrive at the room I was given, it is occupied. All beds are. I come back down, I advise.. I finally wasted my time and my money for a hostel that manages its reservations and availability extremely badly. Unwittingly I also disturbed all the people in the room, since I was looking for a supposedly empty bed, but there was none. Extremely disappointed. The person at the reception was really nice and it was not his fault, I especially point to the administration.

I recommend, if possible I would add a hook in the bathroom

A very good hostel, very pleasant. The dormitories are well laid out with storage for everyone. The toilets and showers are clean. A beautiful kitchen with space in the fridges. A laundry room with washing machine and dryer for 2 CAD each. I made 2 stays there: one at the beginning of the week, without worries. And the second in the weekend, there is a bar on the ground floor which opens on Friday and Saturday, expect to hear loud music until 2 am.

A hostel that has a bar and party but only on Friday and Saturday, too bad the bar was closed on Saturday. The decoration of the hostel with graffiti is pleasant, there is a weight room but no table football as it appeared on the photos of the hostel. The beds in the dorms are comfortable, the wooden container is quite narrow. I recommend the hostel

Simply perfect

Although I only spent one night there, I was won over! A very beautiful building, well renovated with a lot of charm, a beautiful atmosphere reigns there. You will find a relaxation and offbeat area for the hammock forest, the cinema corner for TV lovers, and a small gym for those who talk to each other daily! The value for money and perfect, as well placed as the hostel is! Only 10mins walk from the center of Quebec!

Very very good, super beautiful decoration, it feels good and very clean! Only a little noisy at night with the bar on the ground floor, it is definitely a youth hostel so :) But with earplugs, I didn't really have a problem.
