Cleanliness
Even if there was no windows in the room it seemed to be not cold and not hot
Staff was helpful and nice. When I arrived there was no spot available at the car park, so the receptionist moved her own car to make room for mine. Location was really good as well.
Finally a hostel where people work for their money. Cleaning the house, which is not common for Australia (sadly). Fine kitchen. People I met are mostly nice people.
Well organized, friendly staff, clean room and big public area.
