Location, tranquility, helpful staff (despite the language limitations "live the translators"). Spanish.
It is spacious, very very clean, outside terrace and very beautiful.
The owner super nice. It brought fresh fruit and mangoes free every day
I had air conditioning, they rented me motorcycle in the same hostel
