We are a small friendly hostel located in the heart of Galway City.
Cosy, quirky, original Galway townhouse nestled in the Woodquay area of Galway City.
Our hostel is a chilled-out & friendly place.
We offer ensuite rooms and mixed dorm accommodation, so whether you’re a solo traveller, a youth group or a group of friends, we have you covered.
Running since 1991 (when hostels were not q thing), we try to give our guests the best experience of Galway.
Free Breakfast
On-the-go, to get you started, take-away breakfast incl: tea or coffee, a freshly baked scone, fruit & water. Or if you prefer to cook you can use our fully equipped kitchen.
Galway Railway Station is only 600 meters away!
Social and fun
Each bed has a secure lockable storage facility under it. We also have a secure luggage room if you haven’t packed light.
Tour Desk
We have seriously great deals with The Cliffs of Moher, Connemara, Kylemore Abbey and The Aran Islands. Just ask.
Fully Equipped Kitchen
Open from 7 am to 10 pm and equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm..
We have washing & drying facilities (a must for Irish weather) where you can get your clean on.

Hostel very well located a few meters from the city center. Very friendly staff? The only downside is that the kitchen and dining room are a little tight compared to the number of people that can be accommodated by the hostel.
Pleasant and perfectly located hostel, in the heart of everything, clean and secure.
Me and my friends stayed there for 3 days and it was absolutely perfect! The room was really nice, the staff was so sweet and helpful, the showers and toilets were clean. Every morning, you wake up with a wonderful breakfast, some bread baked by the staff every day, fruits, tea. What a great way to start the day! It was definitely an unforgettable experience for all of us, it was marvelous! Thanks to the great staff, I highly recommend this place, and this beautiful town!!

The mixed dormitory of 10 was comfortable although very dense. Lots of stairs in this hostel.
