Ablett House has 396 beds and is in an ideal location that keeps students right in the middle of all action. Liverpool One shopping centre and the other transport facilities are close by.
John Moores University is just over the road and the University of Liverpool is a quick 20-minute bus ride.
The building has a range of room sizes to choose from and utilities are included. Plus, it has great facilities such as a roof terrace and a multi-use common room.

Every room has its own modern en suite bathroom, with a toilet, sink and large shower cubicle, so you never need to queue again.
If you want to stay with your friend, you can choose the option to stay in the En-suite room. All of the bedrooms are fitted with power showers, a study desk, a comfortable bed, a storage area and unlimited access to high-speed Wi-Fi.
We host socials all year round for you and your flatmates to enjoy; from spiritual and cultural get-togethers to fitness events and much more.

Additional Information

If you sign your Tenancy Agreement on or after 1 June 2021 and you have not collected the keys to your Room, you may cancel your Tenancy, by giving notice in writing or by e-mail to the Residence Manager at the Property, at any time within the period of fourteen (14) days of the date on which you sign your Tenancy Agreement (the “Cooling-Off Period”). Once we receive such a notice, we will confirm receipt, cancel your Tenancy and will refund your Advance Rent Payment of £250.00, together with any other payments of Rent you may have made.

If you sign a Tenancy Agreement for a semester 2 or 3 beginning after the 1st January 2022, you may cancel your Tenancy, by giving notice in writing or by e-mail to the Residence Manager at the Property, with no penalty up until 15 November 2021 or 8 weeks before the start of your agreement whichever is the shortest. Once we receive such a notice, we will confirm receipt, cancel your Tenancy and will refund your Advance Rent Payment of £250.00, together with any other payments of Rent you may have made. We can only accept full-time students. To live with us whilst studying at University, you will need to be 18 or older. We don’t allow smoking inside your residence, but you’re free to smoke outside.

Ablett House is our student residence in Liverpool city centre, putting you right in the middle of everything you need.

It’s just a 10-minute walk from Liverpool One (the main shopping area), close to where many of the city’s coolest bars and restaurants are, five minutes’ walk from John Moores University, and a short bus ride away from the University of Liverpool.

We don’t take deposits for any of our student accommodation. Instead, you’ll need to pay an advance rent fee which will go towards your second rent payment.
If you need to arrive out-of-hours please let your residence support team know with as much notice as possible to make sure we’re available to help.
