Very good youth hostel: quality of services, cleanliness, atmosphere and welcome by all the staff.

The hotel rooms are clean and well maintained, the restrooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff is friendly. The atmosphere is very relaxed and pleasant. It is not very close to the center but it is very convenient if you want to go to the train station or take the shuttle to the airport.

Very nice. There is no cupboard or small individual storage in the bedroom.

Nice atmosphere, very helpful staff. Bar and kitchen to heat a dish, fridge to put food. Rooms with air conditioning, very fresh. The cleanliness leaves nothing to be desired. Very close to the station, the latter is on the other hand rather unpleasant, smell of urine and waste in front of the station.

The hostel itself meets expectations, but I was charged 2 times the total amount of the reservation, and after hours on the phone and sending emails I still have no consistent response when my refund. My assessment can therefore only be bad in these circumstances.

The hostel is very well located in relation to the Midi station (train, bus): 5 min walk no more. Access to the center of Brussels is quick by metro (15min) or on foot (30min). The dorms are simple and practical for a short stay. However, a tourist tax is added to the price of the reservation (taxes and fees already all inclusive). A kitchen area is available at the entrance and allows you to eat as you please: it's nice and pleasant.
