We booked this hostel for a family weekend, we were not disappointed at all, very friendly hostel staff are friendly, the hostel is nice very clean the rooms are good too, I would definitely recommend it!

The 33 beds dorm was actually pretty quiet, very clean and the multiple communal areas were all clean and tidy. The only complaint that I could have is that there isn't plugs to charge phones in the dorm so we constantly have to spend an hour or so in one of the communal areas to get them charged up. Overall, a great value for the price.

Satisfaisant pour le prix, belle auberge, une équipe très accueillante. Les douches et sanitaires sont propres ainsi que les chambres. Seul défaut l'absence de prises dans les chambres, mais elle sont présentes dans les parties communes, vous pouvez attendre que vos appareils charges en buvant ou mangeant quelque chose au café de l'auberge. L'emplacement est aussi agréable étant à 15min à pied du bord de la Thames près du tower bridge et la mairie.

We enjoyed this hostel my brother and I, in individual room: welcome until 3 am, staff pleasant and understanding. Apart from a toilet flood in the middle of the night everything went well. The only downside comes from the reservation via the site aubergedejeunesse.com to which we had paid a deposit that was not paid to the hostel Rest Up, so they asked us to pay the deposit before leaving without having been paid for the entire stay. After explanation they understood and let us go but they report that they have big problems with this site. So it would be good if there was a better articulation between the two.

We spent one night in this hostel with my sister and the atmosphere was far from being at the appointment ... the staff was not very welcoming unfortunately. The dormitory 12 beds is very uncomfortable, we can not even cross in the room so it is small and cluttered by all the beds ... after seeing the pictures on the site we thought to spend a good evening in this inn .. .but it was not the case ....

Practical, well served by transport. The dorm of 4 that I had booked was really tiny and it was very hot. We were on the street and you really have to wear earplugs. The cleanliness of the room was average (balloons under the beds and small washbasin clogged) By cons the common parts (shower WC) were very clean The sheets and blankets pillows in the rooms very clean also No microwave in the room common areas, supermarket not far to do some shopping.

Everything is paying, the breakfast is not good and there is little choice. I do not advise.

Llegamos y nos atendió un chico bastante majo que hablaba castellano. Nos explicó todo de buena manera. La habitación por lo general estaba bien aunque pequeña pero no se puede pedir más, lo único malo es el baño compartido pero es lo que había, por lo menos el agua caliente no se acababa y eso se agradece. El desayuno aunque caro bastante completo y tienen un lugar para guardar las maletas por 3 libras y pueden estar ahí durante el tiempo que quieras, eso viene genial para cuando te tienes que ir de la habitación y quieres aprovechar el día sin ir cargado.

I only stayed one night at this hostel but thought it was good value. The amenities were perfectly adequate and the staff pleasant. The shops are not very far and there are several bus lines nearby.

According to my reservation, I could arrive from 14h for check-in. After walking fifteen minutes with my bulky and heavy bags, I was refused check-in, which began at 18h. So I left with my bags, I had to carry all day. When paying for the room, the price was higher than my reservation, but they did not want to hear. When I finally got to my room, I could see that there was nothing planned to put the bags safely in the room. At the reception, I was sent to pay lockers (!! 3 pounds each opening of the locker !!!!). In short, to say that despite a friendly staff (who is not responsible for the boss's choice), the stay was not pleasant.

The rooms are functional but the cleanliness could be improved. Also on the 2 reserved beds, one of the two was busy when we arrived. Fortunately someone from the reception came and changed the sheets. The black point: 1 bathroom with only 2 showers and 2 toilets for 3 dormitories !!! The public areas were clean and well appointed. The continental breakfast was good and the cabbage was present. Last black point about casies that must be paid every time you open them is 2 pounds each time !!!!!!
