My boyfriend and I rented a room with kitchenettes. Very clean and up to date. Why go to the Marriott?

The customer service is so bad they give me the wrong room and when the man who was in 308 so angry they manipulated the situation like it was my fault. Speaking French doesn't imply that I can't speak English and the refund can’t fix anything you could just said, it was your mistake then you excuse to us both. I hope the manager can read this ☺️

The work utensils are not very clean, I had to wash them before each meal! But otherwise at the top!

We appreciated the curtain in front of the dormitory bed which gave real privacy. Sanitary facilities a bit limited (hunting in particular).

The common areas are warm, all the necessary equipment is provided, there is the possibility of storing these things and also the possibility of recycling. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

Comfortable bed, clean sheets, small pillow ..., rather varied lunch, locker associated with the bed, do NOT rent a padlock (purchase, or bring your own). Clean places. Secure entrance at night. Perfect for a short getaway, two minutes from the metro. Near restaurants, pubs, grocery stores, convenience stores ...

The architecture is amazing, the employees are a great team, the bathrooms are very clean ... I loved it

Our stay at the Samesun hostel went very well, the rooms / bathrooms / common areas were very clean and the staff available. The lockers in the rooms were a bit small but enough for our backpacks, otherwise nothing to complain about.

Hostel very well located, but offering dormitory rooms for four too small especially in this period of Covid. In the end, we did not sleep at the Auberge as they did not require proof of vaccination. This is unacceptable in a place where people are close together, sleep in the same room and share living rooms.

This hostel is cheap so do not expect too much from it. This is the best price and this is a reason why. Not very clean at all. Good location.

this hostel is located in the heart of the city, direct access to the train connecting Granville and C airport is great! prefer the 2nd floor if you want tranquility

The location and staff are on point. Rooms were average, but real cheap! Could have been better, but again, it's cheap.

Well located hostel in downtown Vancouver, relatively clean. On the other hand, the toilets on the first floor were out of service during our entire stay, and the kitchen is poorly equipped (not enough glasses, plates, cutlery for everyone)

Very good

Love the events (the ambiance, cool way to meet people) the staff is really kind and helpful, the location is so good (near chinatown), shadow (the dog) and the roof top (the view!!)

The hostel is really great! The common areas are great, the breakfast is good, the roof top offers a superb view of the city, it is well located near transport and restaurants! The only downside is the bedding which is not really pleasant and the rooms overlooking the street are noisy!

The welcome, the accommodation, the cleanliness, the location. Everything is amazing
